The error came after payment was submitted. The payment system took the money but was unable to notify AV that payment was made, maybe due to the traffic, so they sent AV an email stating that payment was made for xyz order. So it was too late to say F it cause it was done. Lol

Oh ok well I hope it goes thru for you without issue. Im trying bobas and gorilla juice for the 1st time (after waiting forever for this day) So I jus hope its worth the hassle and the wait.

I also have bobas coming via trade I jus ordered sum more just in case I like it...because if not I know its worth in the classies :evil:

I had the same error going back to AVE from Authorize.net... so I just placed another order. Worst case, I get two bottles. Not the end of the world. If I only get one and get charged twice, I'm sure they'll make good on it one way or another.

Im not as forgiving ..thats money to be placed elsewhere lol

Is this typical for a bobas release, or is it usually available? I've never ordered from ave before but recently was given a sample of BB from a fellow ecf member. I like it a lot but I already have my hands full chasing Pluid releases to start chasing another next to impossible juice to get.

Hopefully it is normally readily available :)

I know they are a highly reputable vender Im just bit confused

No word yet for me, but I'm sure it will be fine. It took me 50 years, but i've learned to be patient. I've got an order number, money was taken and when AVE gets to me, they will see all that. And Im sure are aware some of us had an issue. Its my understanding from reading here that approximitly 300 orders are taken each day m-f when they open. So that is a ton of orders to sort through and if the payment system got wonkie, even tougher. I'm not going to email them and add to the work load. I'm just going to wait it out. It's like waiting to see if I won the door prize. Haha! If I don't hear anything after a couple weeks, my attitude will change. I'm sure it won't take that long.

For the moment, yes is my answer but if you read through the threads they are working on things, as in vamping up another company that works with them. The owner had a heart attack last year, he is too young for that, and that changed things a bit and we all hope he is healthy and can continue to serve all of us without risking his health. Someone else may have a better answer but this is my take on it. Good things in the near future. ;)

Ha ha you guys crack me up... Ben should really expand his business. I was watching his site over the last couple of weeks and not one day was it shut down or reached maximum orders. So it's because of Boba's and Gorilla Juice that it does close for the day. He probably shouldn't let people know when they are back in stock and let people filter in on their own next time. This way it most likely won't crash the way it did.

I still have both juices left over , but getting low and have to wait a few days till I can order anything anyways. Was curious to see the trample at the gates of Boba lol. It did not disappoint......

I got my order in when they opened this morning. But it crashed when I tried to pay for it. Couldn't get back into the website for awhile. When I finally did, and tried to pay, it says they are closed for the day. My order still shows, I just can't pay. So I think I'm out of luck unfortunately. Kind of depressing.

I had my cart ready 10 minutes before they opened. I even tried to complete the order right before they opened...no luck.

Then all hell broke loose. 500 errors, cart went empty, reload, reload, reload x100....finally got my cart stocked again....500 error. reload....get a page....get next page to pay....500 error.....over and over for 25 minutes. Finally I got to the card site and paid only to get the merchant notification that I paid, approved, but they couldn't tell AVE, but they sent them an email.....10 minutes later, store closes.

Then I get an email from Ben confirming my order....yay? I hope so, but even now, logging in, my order is still showing unpaid....but my bank account doesn't reflect that!

I agree with nicetucu....don't tell people when it will be available...just say it's on the way, or soon, a few days....just put it back and let folks trickle in by word of mouth. Leave it up to the customer to keep checking back every so often. Now, I realize that's NOT the best customer service in the world....but considering the alternative pandemonium, server crashes, payment snafu......either sneak it in or grow the business to handle the demand. (Keep enough Boba's onhand to meet demand)

Ben has something HOTTT with Boba's and GJ right now.....don't blow it by not being able to supply it.....

The real problem is, and I have brought this up before, is the hoarders. It isnt AVE's fault at all. Many people buy in bulk (ridiculous amounts), and that leaves the rest of us SOL. The hoarders tried to feed me the argument that their business hours are based upon the number of orders they receive, but the events today, and the fact they had been open around the clock proves that it is in fact a matter of supply vs. demand. Limiting the purchase amount to 100ml per customer wouldnt leave anyone without, I dont know why they wont implement such a policy.

I can agree to purchase limits on such high demand juices....I bought 6 30ml bottles....3 are for my own personal use and the other 3 will be gifts to a few of my vaping buds who really liked my Boba's....and they will hopefully be 3 new customers for AVE!

(and maybe they'll gift me a bottle!)

Hey Fred, is your bank showing the payment as "pending"? Mine is with an expiration of 4-19. So if the payment isn't accepted
or processed by AVE in 3 days, it's a no go. :( I think I will order again tomorrow and see if I can avoid today's order error in billing.
Of course it would be HORRIBLE if I got 2 orders. Sadistic sarcasm. Wink!

i got the same error processing order, but got the email from ave confirming order number. my bank showed the charge as good and would go through. around noon my bank closed my credit card due to 2 fraud charges, but they never recommended me closing the card from the last fraud charge i had last month. so i hope all is well with my order. new card in the mail and i need to find a good prepaid card i can link with my bank account for online purchases. Im really mad at my bank for not giving me a new card last month. as of now the order still shows View Details | Pay for your Order.
