Atmoizer & cartomizer longevity depends on how frequently you vape, making sure you keep the coil wet, and the type of juice you use.

I have been using boge 3.0's on my provari for the past several weeks. All of my juices are 100%VG. Each carto (I have 5 in the rotation) lasts anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Cartomizers are disposable, as are atomizers. You will have to keep a supply of them. You can get several fills out of a cartomizer, though.

"Those carts" she uses from the Blu kit are simply cartomisers, unless it's a really old kit. That's all they are. They can be refilled, the same as the cartomisers you're looking at (perhaps easier, I'm not sure).

So, once you're an expert, you can save her a ton of money (or you can make a ton of money, but that seems wrong) by refilling her cartos for her...

I didn't realize that. I thought it was an atomizer/cartridge deal. I'll be she's aware of that because I know she won't want to pay for new ones all the time. If she knows she can refill them there's a better chance of her quitting analogs. Thanks!

I use a syringe to fill all my cartos and find its hands down the easies and quickest way to fill, especially if you use XL cartos or use thicker juices. It ensures they are filled correctly and takes all the guesswork out of filling.

This is a copy and paste I wrote for someone else on how to fill the Ressurectors, but its really for all cartos. Follow these directions exactly and you should have no problems. Just go slow and you won't overfill them. Watch the top of the filler and as soon as you see the juice rise to the top of the filler and it looks "slushy", it's full. It's very easy to do and it's much quicker than other methods bc you don't have to wait for the juice to settle. Just fill, blow lightly out the airhole so you make sure it's clear, wipe the threads well, and vape.
Here ya go:

How to fill a cartomizer with a syringe:

"All you have to do is take the dropper part of the bottle off your juice and fill your syringe with 2ml for a new carto. Take the rubber tip off the carto and carefully insert the needle down the side pushing against the metal. DO NOT go thru the filler because it will move it and you could potentially break a connection and your carto. Slide the needle down the side and go all the way to the bottom. Then slowly start dispensing some juice. Dont dispense it all bc then it won't be evenly distributed. Put alittle in, then take it out and insert the needle in a different spot. I normally do it in 3 spots (in a triangle) I found it distributes the best, but you could just do it in 2, on opposite sides. Make sure the needle is at the bOttom bc then you will not have to wait at all for it to settle. Disperse slowly and you will begin to see the toP of the filler become slushy. It is full then, don't put more. If its a new carto is will def hold 2ml, if your refilling it won't take a lot so pay attention and once it gets alittle slushy stop. While your filling hold a napkin or something under the carto bc if you do it too fast a few drops will come out the battery end. If that happens its only bc you did it too fast and the poly fill didn't absorb quick enough.( that happens to me bc I am impatient and fill it in about 10 sec, so I just hold a paper towel or napkin underneath.) wipe up the drops and put the rubber cap back on the carto. Then put the carto between your hands and rub back and forth spinning the carto quickly. This will insure the liquid is evenly distributed in case you put too much on one side from the syringe.
Now you have a perfectly filled ressurector that is ready to be used right away!"

As for drip tips, I prefer the Big-Belly Drip tips. Hoosier sells them for $1.99. They fit snug so they wont wiggle or fall of when you PVs in your pocket. They come in a variety of colors and are comfotable on your lips. They are also awesome for if you ever decide to use a carto tank, bc their slightly fatter than the carto so they stop the tank from being able to slide up

What cartos are you getting with the kit? I recommend trying the Smoktech 1.7ohm XL cartos (also called the Ressurectors) bc their awesome and work great on the kGo, but I see that Hoosier is sold out of them right now. They do have Boges which work well, but they hold only about half the amount of juice that the Ressurectors do.
If you want to try the Ressurectors, Crystal Clear Vaping sells them for a good price and they have free shipping, so if youd like you can order them from there and not have to pay shipping again. If you buy a 15-pack you get a free drip tip too.

The directions for filling with a syringe is for the Ressurectors, but like I said, its really for any cartos bc youll fill them the same way. The Ressurectors hold about 2ml of juice so thats why I put for them to fill the syringe with about 2ml of juice. If your using something like a Boge though, they only hold about 1-1.2ml of juice so youd only need to put 1.1.2ml of juice into the syringe.
What I do is not even put an exact amount of juice in the syringe. I just put extra, and if you pay attention and fill slowly, youll see the juice rise to the top of the filler material. Once the top of the filler is wet and looks kinda "slushy", its full. Then any juice you still have remaining in the syringe, just put back into the juice bottle. Once you do it a few times, youll get used to it and it becomes very easy to do. I fill a new Ressurector in about 10 seconds.
After you fill, make sure you always wash out the syringe well. I suck up and push out water 4-7 times and that will clear any juice out of the syringe and needle. Doing that will allow you to use the syringe over and over. Ive been using the same syringe to fill my cartos for about 6 months.

The older ones are atty/cart kits. I think they moved to the cartos about six months ago, if I'm not mistaken. Both are probably still available. Either way, they are definitely refillable... I can't see paying $15 for 5 cartos and tossing each after it's done... but then, I'm cheap...

One thing to consider...low resistance will eventually kill a proprietary battery...I mean death and can't recharge....a lot quicker than if you purchase a mod to run the cartomizers that you like.

If you want to go with the ego mega dual coil cartomizers, I highly recommend getting the following from madvapes....Maxi Roughstack V2, a couple of 510/ego adapters, and some ego mega dual coil cartomizers. You'll need batteries and a charger which they also sell.

Why do I say go with a mod? The batteries will run the EMDCC's to their true potential. If a battery goes bad, they are cheaper to replace. You also have the option of going to a higher voltage just by changing the batteries out...MR will take 3.7V (18650), 4.8V Ni-Mh, 2 x lifepo4's (6V), or 2 x 16340's (7.4V). In the long run, a mod is cheaper to use and can properly fire the EMDCC's.

If your using the EMDCCs, I would def use a syringe. They hold a LOT of juice and drip filling will take quite awhile. And by drip filling them, your a lot more likely to ruin one bc you didnt put enough juice and/or didnt wait long enough for the juice to settle and burn the filler which will give a nasty burnt taste.
A syringe will make it easy and will ensure their fully filled since you push the needle to the bottom and fill from the bottom up
