... Back to the OP's question if you just like 3.7-4.2 vaping and want stone age simple, I think the madvape roughstack units are perfect, no frills no crazy maintenance no extra costs...just a solid simple 3.7 mod.
Are those the one's that use 18350's? If so I'd pass. With 18350's have very few options if you want a protected cell, and most of the available ones are only about 900 true/tested mAh.

I better choice for a single cell mod is an 18650. Many protected choices are available in all price ranges and types. And you can find cells that have tested out at almost 3 times the mAh of MV's protected 18350's. Not only will vape times be significantly longer you'll also have a higher initial loaded voltage.

Here's a reasonably priced and attractive mod.

BombShell (Standalone) $59

Plus the button placement of the Roughstack means eliquid will eventually work it's way around and in the unsealed switch.

Thanks I bookmarked that for consideration. I jumped the gun and bought the PV without any knowledge. I will never do that again.

Can anyone compare the bombshell to the buzz? Which one would be better? Any problems? 510 connection.
TIA and this has been helpfull.

I wish my hubbs vaped but he does not smoke or vape and has no interest in helping me with my choices. I am on this venture alone and I have learned so much since buying a Mod. Don't fall for hype and research specifications and negatives on its basic functions. (In addition, I am looking at positive reviews..however, trying to get realistic ones not based on fanbois.) ***Not stated to be mean or critical. Just plain facts.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the bombshell, its a damn site bigger than than a rough stack though. You can get the roughstack extension to use 18650's on it. Really just depends on the size you want vs the battery life you want.

As for the buzz vs the bombshell ...it depends on how much you think you will want the vv option.

Two different PV. The Bombshell is a no frills, one battery, no electronics tube mod. Kind of a cheaper knock-off of the wildly popular AltSmoke SB. Performance though should be the same.

The Buzz is a VV mod, if you were not happy with the Infinity, I can't see you liking the Buzz. Same company, same amp/ohm restrictions.

I consider any VV mod that can't handle standard Joye atties over it's entire range as flawed.

Thanks for the FYI. It is helpful to know this!
