Hi All,

I’m just on the hunt for peoples opinions.

I current use an Intellicig EVO and Totally Wicked Titan 510, with both TW tob flavour 24mg e-liquid and intellicig’s ecopure 20mg rich flavour. Whilst I love them both very much I do find that sometimes, especially during social events, that they just don’t cut it and I normally need to turn to analogues.

As I would like to keep away from analogues completely I am considering increasing my PV collection with a model which would help in these situations. So I have been looking at mods on the forum that may give a greater throat hit and vapour production. Three models in particular have caught my eye the GG Slim, Black Sliver Bullet and ProVape-1. However I have a couple of question which you maybe able to help with as well as offering an opinion on their suitability.

1.) GG Slim – has anyone heard if they will be offering an AFS system with this model?
2.) Black Sliver Bullet – Is there an adaptor available to use the EVO atomiser? Is there a UK distributor?
3.) Which model, if any, would give better throat hit / vapour than the EVO & 510?

I’m happy to hear other suggestions on models that may fit my needs, but as this is to be used on social occasions I would prefer a model which was both discreet and didn’t look like a .....

I guess that the only other thing that would concern me is the availability/access of parts as if I am relying on the unit to get me through tough times I wouldn’t want to be without it for very long, so having a UK distributor would be a plus but not necessary a downfall.

If anyone has any suggestions on e-liquid/carts/atomiser etc that may also better suit my needs by all means please mention them.

The problem I find is that there are some many different models and e-liquids available you could spend a fortune seeking out the ‘holy grail’. Whilst choice is good it can be rather daunting and so seeking out opinions from the forum is very help and whilst I know it is subjective it certainly made my last two purchases a success from my own early attempts.

Thanks very much for looking at my post.

I'm feeling helpful tonight. :D

I have the m401 (evo) adapter for my Silver Bullet too, but you'll get much better warmth and throat hit from a 510 atomizer, which is what I'm using exclusively now on all my 3.7 volt mods.

A 3.7v mod will give you slightly more throat hit than a freshly charged 510 will, and longer duration. Throat hit has a lot to do with your particular liquid as well. A low resistance 510 atomizer will give more throat hit as it will allow more current to pass through. Alternatively, a 5 or 6 volt device with a regular atty will also give superior throat hit, although as atty resistance goes down, the voltage requirement will diminish over time, and 6v mods may eventually become a thing of the past.

The best factors for a 3.7 volt device (like every one that you listed) are consistency and duration. Vapor is consistent until the battery is dead, it does not diminish through the last half of the charge like some standard Ecig batteries do. This was a huge factor for me when I was struggling with analogs and an Evo. Longer duration was big for me too, the 10440 battery that the GG Slim uses will last 1 to 3 hours of constant vaping (same duration as an Evo with no drop off), depending on the person. A 14500 battery will last 6 hours to as much as a day and a half in my experience, call it a day I guess. The 18650 in the Silver Bullet will last over a day, I get 2 to 3 out of mine.

You can get the Black Silver Bullet from iVapour Elixir | PG E-Liquid ? VG E-Liquid ? Cartridges ? Spares | For all electronic cigarettes or e-cigs
You may be more interested in the BB, the smaller version of the Silver Bullet which uses a 14500 battery, in my opinion 14500 mods are great for out n about. Substantial enough not to lose it, long lasting, and fits well in the pocket, not too heavy. I keep my Silver Bullet at home or in the car, and carry a 14500 VP2 or 10440 Super-T Precise in my pocket.

The Ego (same as Tornado from Electronic Cigarette e-liquid / Totally Wicked e-Liquid / electronic cigarette eliquid nicotine fluid products ) is getting popular, it may suit you if you want something a bit smaller than an actual mod, with a battery that will last around 8 hours. It accepts a 510 atty and I don't know if it can accept an m401 (evo) adapter or not.

My advice would be to pick the one that will last as long as you'd like before changing the battery out, and stock up on a few low resistance atomizers when you can find them in stock. Also, make sure to try sample packs of various liquids if you haven't already, to find one that suits you best in flavor, vapor and throat hit. Forget about the Evo if you're looking for throat hit, I find mine useless and never touch it anymore. It was nice while it lasted.

This list of mods is updated frequently and lists the battery and atomizer used on each one, as well as the location of vendors for each one. I don't think there's a single one that doesn't require a special adapter to use an m401 atomizer.
