Opinions on these mods from people who own them---help!

Need a new mod, dropped my stingray n bent the threads for the button..don't want another same one

Cant decide what to get..

1 Fuhattan..maybe carbon wrap one

2 Oros clone by Acerig

3 maybe a penny?

im going to buy a clone, and most likely off eBay unless somewhere else has free shipping.

any other suggestions besides these? .or reasons why or why i shouldn't get one of the 3 i listed

Ive done a LOT of research..but i always end up finding a reason why i shouldnt get a certain one and keep looking..anyone else do that? driving me crazy

I've been using an Hcigar m16 clone for a year and a half. About half a dozen international flights, been dropped too many times to count, fell in a river while kayaking (I thought it was a calm day, good thing I threw an Efest in instead of a VCT)
and the only bad thing that happened was the spring got tired. 3 magnets later, still up and running.

So, if I were you (hate that saying, because you probably won't get it, so if I were you, I wouldn't get it) I'd get an Hcigar m16 clone.

Ive seen that one before, and i really do not like the aesthetics of it...i bet its very solid though!

I don't really use mechs anymore but, the Fuhattan seems to be awesome. It's hard to find the authentic clones though. Most of them that I've seen are clones of clones. I know what you mean I get that way when I'm looking for new mods and RDA's. I can never decide what I want! The Penny looks cool too though.

Yea everything seems to be clone of clone, any way to tell the difference?..im thinking of the 100w sigelei, but they just released a 100w v3 and a 150w device so i should wait for that to be readily avalible..but in the mean time i dont want a funky stingray x and still want a good mech besides a regulated anyway..and the stingray is not a good mech anymore lol

Got this fuhattan and i'd recommend it - nice quality, smooth button with good magnets strong enough to stand it on its base vertically as a fridge magnet, comes with the funny box (even though it's not pictures), just a winner all round if its your thing looks wise. No lock ring on this but because of the strength of the magnets i've never fired it accidentally

I vote Fuhattan. I've got the carbon one and its just loverly. Really does stick to a fridge...always amusing, and the magnets are strong enough that it has yet to autofire when pocketed. Also, its basically bulletproof.

Alright im really leaning towards the fuhattan carbon like i was already looking at...everyone seems to think its a fine mod...im thinking of getting one off ebay for 30 shipped, returning will be easy if anything comes wrong... it comes with the box, and it has the button engraving also....should i take the plunge? i think ima do it..i really like the style of the fuhatttan, i like top caps that arnt hybrid..that have some sort of pin between the battery and rda, and the button seems solid..unlike my stingrays crap button


and my stingray still works, just it takes some fiddling to get the button to screw on because the threads are just slightly bent..

is this a saftey issue or am i good?

once its screwed on you cannot tell anything is wrong with it..it fires the same with the same feel on button, just one thread is so slightly bent you can barley tell
