Opinions sought on e-liquid manufacturer

While looking at the numerous e-liquid makers online, I came across a mfg called Johnson Creek who have a few few flavors that sparked my interest. I'm not seeking endorsements, per se, but has anyone here used them? Also, they say their liquids are PV only. I don't really know the nuances of PV vs PG, or the ratios thereof. Until now I've only used 50/50 mixes from vape Dudes. Thanks.
