I have zero experience with the Sentry - but vaporbeast is a good vendor with fast shipping.
Its a basic telescopic mechanical
positives - telescopic so you can use 18350 - 18650 or an 18350 or 18500 with a kick module (never ever stack batteries in a mech)
its cheap enough
negatives - its an unregulated mechanical mod which means you need to be an experienced vapor with a background in battery safety to use properly and safely

I was also looking into this one http://www.vaporbeast.com/Iron-Beast-Stainless-Steel-p/35-0288-005.htm money isnt an issue but I'm not againt saving a little moolah
It kind of looks like a Shake Weight, which could be a minor disadvantage. Unless you want a deltoid workout, that is!
For a mechanical, the price is right. Like CreepyLady said, I also have no experience with the Sentinel but I am impressed with Vapor Beast.
I'd say that if you want to try a mechanical, this probably isn't a bad place to start. The investment is minimal, the device isn't unattractive, I like the spring loaded base button, and it telescopes to handle multiple batteries. Just don't forget to buy a battery if you don't happen to have one.

Which I like, by the way.I personally don't like the look and can envision that getting snagged in my pocket.
However, being made of 316 surgical stainless, you could practically drop it in hydrochloric acid and it'll just laugh at it. Your battery won't, but the mod would probably survive with only minimal etching.

Aluminum threads = bad, you will have problems with it in the near future. If you like that look and don't mind clones, maybe try an SS Sentinel M16 Clone? They usually go for around $30 - I have one, here's a pic for comparison:
