Order cancelled?

Has anyone had their order cancelled? I placed an order yesterday and got an email an hour or two later that it was cancelled and no reason why. The charge is still on my Visa. I emailed Nhaler a couple of times but got no reply. Just wondering if this happened to anyone else.

It's really strange that you weren't given a reason let us know the outcome if you would.

Hey Mojo,
I f yopur order was cancelled, it was because the card not accepted by my gateway...The security on my site is set VERY high so if your billing info dosent match the info that is listed with your credit card, it will automatically kick it out...The charge will come off your card within 24 to 48 hours, but that is totally up to the procedure of your CC company...Sorry
