Order from Athens, Greece. Do I have a problem?

I ordered a mod from Gus mods, and on 3/29 it was shipped. Below you can see the tracking of it. No update since the 29th. I did choose the free shipping option, so I did expect it to be slow. I contacted Konstantinos thru his FB page about a week ago, and he said he checked and it was in the US, but the container probably hadn't been unloaded yet.

I also contacted ETLA, and in part, their reply was:

Dear customer,
In reply to your e-mail we would like to inform you that, according to our Tracking System and IPS (Τrack & Trace - International Postal System), the item in question has been forwarded to its destination country (USA) in dispatch 3076 GRATHA - USJFKA A on 30/03/2017.

I'm starting to get a little nervous, partly because I'm not certain if it's in the US, or still on a boat. Anyway, I'm just wondering if any of you have any experience with shipping from Greece, and how this looks. Thanks.

Did you try using usps.com to track that number? I can usually use the customs tracking number of it will deliver via mail.

Airmail isn't express or even courier - so the online updates are often lagging.

Based in the EU meself, vapemail from China took anywhere from 3 to 10 weeks.

Especially when it's with batteries, chances are your 'air'mail is going by boat...

It sat in customs for a while huh. Usually stuff passes through in a couple of days, that's ridiculous.

Maybe just NY. Stuff I have coming from China comes thru either SF, or LA, and no problems.

I've ordered 3-4 times from Gus and the free shipping is 2-3 weeks to Toronto, Canada. Never had a problem. If there is an issue, Konstantinos and team will fix you up. Great folks IME that genuinely appreciate the business. One of the best vendors I have ever ordered from.

I've talked to him a couple times via FB messaging, he definitely keeps a close watch on his FB. Very responsive.
