Should I be concerned about these emails?

I've recently received 2 emails from 2 different vape suppliers I do business with. One is in the US and one is in Greece. 1 said that he was sending me the information I had requested. It was a tracking number on an order I placed several days ago and received without issue. The email from the other supplier was to show me the tracking # from a recent order and to tell me it was delivered on the 30th. I also have that order safe at home, but it seemed like he was responding to a question that I hadn't asked. I'm confused and kind of nervous about someone playing around in my accounts. I changed the password on one account and am going to the other's website to change the password there as soon as I post this. It just has me weirded out.

I would contact these vendors also, and explain the situation, and see what they have to say about it.

I did. It's just so stinking weird. I checked my credit cards and paypal and there's no activity on them. I just can't figure out why someone would send inquiries to the companies about where my stuff is. Especially since the answers come back to me. I think I'll change my email password while I'm at it.

You can ask what email the sender was responding to if you didn't email them. Was it a duplicate email or a late email for a tracking number?

I doubt you have any sort of computer virus, unless you opened and ran some executable file you didn't trust.

Personally I would email them back explaining the situation, that would get to the root of the problem. If you order from them and trust them it shouldn't be an issue.

One could be a crossed email, wrote you instead of the person that requested, has happened to me, I responded to the wrong email one time being in a hurry. The other could have just been a conformation of delivery but it never hurts to change passwords, most security folks will tell you to at least once every six months.
