That's really odd, it was showing as pending payment in our system, I'm not sure why that would be, I've manually processed it now and it should ship soon, sorry about that.

That company has been having some issues with a new e-commerce system I believe, and I've noticed that @low_tar_neil has been diligently taking care of any problems arising. That you have provided your order # right off the bat will help him solve this quickerer.
