Since the old order issues thread was closed...

Order #30625
- Order processed on 05/26/2011
- Since nothing arrived, sent mail to CS on 06/07/2011 asking for info and tracking code
- Since I had no response sent another mail to CS on 06/09/2011
- Since I had no response sent a mail to Mike on 06/16/2011
- Mike answered saying I would get a response from CS the next day (06/17/2011)
- ... still no response.

What gives? is there a problem with cs@bloogplanet.com ?
(No, I have no bloog e-mails caught as spam)

I got my order a few days ago. All good - it took a long time and shipping was twice other companies, but Bloog told me that was because they are new. So I decided to try - if I like it I can wait for shipping to go down.

I got my pack but they had sent me a long battery, while I ordered a short one. I asked what to do. They told me that I could return the battery or get a new one on my new order.

I am not to make a new order now, I have all I need (except the short battery that I ordered). Saying "we send it next order", is what the Chinese agentures does (and then they forget again, wanting to send at next order, "very sorry, very sorry"). Sending a battery back at the postal costs they use, is gonna be very expensive for Bloog (back and forth will be worth 4 batteries), so I gave an offer. I really need the short battery though, as it was to fit my pcc.

Now they dont answer! Sure, I could write more emails, and make them answer. But this is not ok. I sent them 3 emails already. I even sent a picture of my order, to prove that I really didn't get a short one as ordered.

I like bloog, they look nice, work nice and all. But bloog is not very affordable, and I expect good service. The way this turns out it is just stress.

I was planning on waiting for the postal to go down after they have been around longer. But now, this is work. i am not at work, I am a costumer. And I am annoyed.

I am not sure about norway but in the US i just send my batteries back with a stamp and have not had a problem sorry your having this problem but im sure it can be fixed. I acutally got a long battery from bloog when they where out of the others and now i love it nice to have both long and short ones.

That is true. I have several long ones, I also ordered both short and long this time. So I got two longe ones in stead of one long and one short. But for the pcc, it has to be short. And as I already have 6 long batteries, I really didnt need it :) But I needed the short one. :)

I am sure I can send the battery back, and if they dont answer I will. But it will be so expensive, the shipping was $29,75 - and if I am to ship it back, and get a new one, it will be almost $60 in shipping only. So I wanted to save them some money, basically.

But I have to say that they have been really nice when they answer. It is when they just dont answer emails it gets really annoying.

Yea im sorry to hear that i see your point they will make it right look at the bright side you still have batts and cartos to make it through i had two batteries go out on me when i first started and only had one while i was waiting for my next order. I will bet on red comming through and helping you out just give it time and with the weekend you will have to wait till monday.

I dont see no bright side in paying $29,75 for postage + $16 for a battery I dont need. I would have gotten by fine without it. So for me it is basically money wasted as it was my lack of a short battery that made me do the purchase.

Maybe I sound negative - but I kind spent $46 - and didnt' get what I ordered. Maybe thats not so much for you - but for me thats quite a lot of money. If I knew I would rather spend the money on something nice.

You are absolutely right in being upset skh. There is no bright side to this. Write to Mike at m@bloogplanet.com and tell him you want this fixed immediately. You have been nice and patient and they are not doing what they are supposed to be doing for the money you have paid.

It is nonsense like this that caused me to leave and look elsewhere.

We have been very active in acting on the feedback we have gotten from members like you; from lowering shipping rates, to lowering prices across the board, from changing the animation to something lower bandwidth to toning down the cheesecake pics on the website; from increasing the owner presence on the boards to increasing our CS staff and soon we will even have the long requested 24-7 customer support hotline.

Star, I am sorry that you and others have not been satisfied by our efforts. But we are growing as fast as we can in ALL areas, including our ability to rapidly respond to feedback.
