Order not processed?

I put in an order on Sunday, they sent me a confirmation email and they charged my account for the amount due but it still says processing. I also have no received a tracking number. Is Halo backed up with orders? Just wondering because my first order got to my house pretty quick

I think they are a bit backed up. I've ordered several times, the last being this past Thursday evening.

I didn't actually ship until Monday, and will arrive tomorrow according to tracking.

Previously, it would take about 3 days and it would be here.

As far as I'm concerned, getting it in less than a week is acceptable, so no worries...but I may be in a panic by this time tomorrow if my order doesn't make it, as I'm down to less than 2ml of SubZero

Don't know but I put in an order late Sat night for a Triton kit and some extra coils Shipped Monday, expected delivery Thursday. Maybe something in your order is back order or possibly it has already been filled and the email is just slow in coming? So far I've found Halo to be very prompt filling orders.

This might be way off but I once had the same thing happen, it turned out the email that had the tracking number had gone into spam folder instead of my inbox.

That actually has happened to me before but I checked and it isn't in there. I was kind of hoping I could get them before the weekend. I have juice just no cartomizers to put them in

I had my welcome message and order confirmation emails go to my spam folder, but my tracking info went to my inbox.

The spam mail was from "Halo" while the tracking was from "The Halo Company." Odd how that happened.

I'd be tempted to send an email to Halo to ask them to resend the tracking number. Probably about the time you that your package will show up, which would be a good thing.

I emailed them and told them I didn't get a tracking number. They replied with one but for some reason the tracking numbers I get from Halo always say "Not available". Still haven't received my order and I have no clue if it's been shipped out yet.

I know you've been waiting for what seems like an eternity, but give it until about noon ET tomorrow (5/6). USPS is almost criminally negligent in updating their tracking (it's criminal as in the offer the service, and do so little it's like false advertising), and never seems to do anything on Sunday.

I've never had an issue with Halo. If there's a problem, I'm sure they'll make it right.

Fwiw, my last order took 6 days.

I believe they state that orders will arrive in 7-14 days based on this shipping method which is fine. It just started out as if my order never went through or it was overlooked on accident. Plus, my first order came in 4 days which was extremely fast. Not bashing them in anyway

7-14 days is just insane.
Even Blu ships faster than that.
And it's always free.
Halo should only ship Priority Mail.
Or do like Volcano & offer $7.99 two day Fedex.
I've already learned my lesson.
But I just love Halo juice!

I think you've been great about just stating your situation without doing any bashing. I've been ordering from Halo for six months and I can promise you that the delays and current situation is not how it usually goes. Halo had us all totally spoiled because their service wasn't just good, but outstanding. I have every faith that it will be again. Like you, my current order is somewhat delayed, but in my experience that only means its taking about the usual amount of time that some of the other suppliers always take.

Well..for my last order from them I ponied up the extra $3.50 or so for Priority. Received it in about 2 days. My previous order I chose First Class and it took about 6 to 7 days. First Class used to take 2 to 3 if it came from the same side of the country but lately has sucked IMO.
