But I received

An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

But I do see the charge pending on my CC so I guess it's all good.

I didn't get the error message. I was able to complete and received two emails confirming purchase as well as a receipt. Have my fingers crossed.

I got a order receipt as well from Ben and I do see the charge as pending from my CC company. If I click on the shopping cart of the website I see in the upper right hand corner

Important: The following order hasn't been completed on the side of the payment gateway: #181.

If you did complete the order and think this warning message is displayed by mistake, please contact us to resolve the issue.

It appears to me that if you got one of those messages saying:

"An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service."

Then it DID NOT go through. It essentially means that the order was placed but the credit card company was not able to register that the actual payment was made to the vendor because of all the server communication errors that were happening. And from what I've read about this happening in the past, the orders that got that message, the transaction ended up being canceled and a credit given back a few days later.

In my attempt to get an order in I made 3 separate orders. Two of the orders I didn't get that message and it shows up in my order history as being "Processed". The order that I did get that message shows up in the order history as "Not Finished". I expect that one will be canceled.

But who knows. It's going to be a wait and see what happens thing now.

That would be a BUMMER! as of course everything I ordered in not in stock at the moment. I did get an order confirmation E-Mail.....HMM.

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble but I just spoke with Sam from AVE again and was told that all the shipment notifications are not accurate and that they are working through orders to match with payments to ship those that were paid. So if you didn't pay like me, you may still get an email stating a package has been sent, but it has not. Really wish I was getting one of my orders but that is just the way luck plays.

That makes ZERO sense. They paid for a shipping label and manually had to create one

So if we got this email, can we assume that our order did in fact ship?
