HELP: Pending Charge On My Credit Card

Hello Ben/AVE Team,

I was able to push an order through and got the following notification after I submitted my credit card info.

"An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service."


I do see that my credit card has the charge pending against it and I received the confirmation email from you.

"Thank you for shopping at Alien Visions E-Juice, Inc!

Thank you for your order!

does that mean my order went through?

If anyone got charged but it did not process we should see it and be able to update the orders properly.

Just a heads up Ben. I tried to send you a help desk ticket per the "contact us" section as you said. I put in all the info and at the end when I hit submit it said in the upper corner there was an error and to contact the administrator. Tried this a couple times.

Just chiming in that the same thing happened to me. I got a confirmation email from AVE, and change shows up as pending on my card, but I got that strange message above that makes me unsure if AVE got my payment. Would love to get some kind of confirmation along with other folks on this thread.

Same here, too. I got a confirmation email from AVE, and it seems like the funds were deducted from my account, but I got the error message that a lot of other people got (like the cc processor took out the money but was unable to communicate with AVE).

So, am I basically looking at a refund in a few days, just like the last refund fiasco?

I would just like to know if my order will be processed, if not then I will be at again in the AM.
