HELP: Pending Charge On My Credit Card

Hello Ben/AVE Team,

I was able to push an order through and got the following notification after I submitted my credit card info.

"An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service."


I do see that my credit card has the charge pending against it and I received the confirmation email from you.

"Thank you for shopping at Alien Visions E-Juice, Inc!

Thank you for your order!

"

does that mean my order went through?

Same here, too. I got a confirmation email from AVE, and it seems like the funds were deducted from my account, but I got the error message that a lot of other people got (like the cc processor took out the money but was unable to communicate with AVE).

So, am I basically looking at a refund in a few days, just like the last refund fiasco?
