Order problem..my fault I think

Sin, Is your site having any problems with Paypal? I just tried to do a sizable order from you and it said it didn't recognize my card. I know it has availible funds..so I am confused!
It really upsets me because I finally screwed up my courage to do an order from China!:p
Any help would be appreciated!

I am sure the problem is only temporary,
and will be resolved quickly for you by Ed,

may I just say that I have been dealing with EastMall for 12 months,
and I have never had a problem with shipping, delivery, or customer service........

the people at EastMall are really nice to deal with,
and always have you -
the customer -- first and foremost in their mind.

have confidence in dealing with EastMall,
I highly reccomend them for quality products,
and superb customer service.

Sin, I couldn't figure out how to recall my order so I did it over. Then it popped up and I had to do some deleting! What a mess! But the good news is that for some reason it sailed right through this time! No need to use a back door or pony express! (The horses would have gotten awfully tired).:p

Thank you for calling Sin, It was fun! I had to ask twice who was calling, because I couldn't believe a supplier would be so kind as to address my (PayPals) problem that fast!
Your accent was very distracting BTW..I kept forgetting to hear what you were saying because I was too busy listening to HOW you said it! :rolleyes:

Now for the wait..I am biting my nails already and I just grew them out!
Yes Di, I have hear that they are good to do business with, that's why my first China order was with them. It's good of you to reassure me though!:)

Most of this order was for my oldest and dearest friend. I sure hope she loves vaping as much as I do. She really wanted a red P.V.! I decided to start her off on a 901 manual..no sense in going through the learning curve I did!

Hey, Mary kay - I've ordered from them several times, and so far, no problems. They always answer my emails promptly (when you factor in the time difference - let's be fair!) and their customer service is great for me.
