Order say complete but never came in.

I order was two t-priv kit one that was a black with 7 color, white with 7 color and a silicone case and a bottle of classic tobacco. I got the vape juice and still waiting for the other three. I sent multiple messages asking if they sent it and never got a confirmation email back or a tracking number. Could someone please check if it has shipped out yet if some could you give me the tracking number. Thanks
