Order say complete but never came in.

I order was two t-priv kit one that was a black with 7 color, white with 7 color and a silicone case and a bottle of classic tobacco. Which I order on 8/10. I got the vape juice and still waiting for the other three. I sent multiple messages asking if they sent it and never got a confirmation email back or a tracking number. Could someone please check if it has shipped out yet. My order number is #100032284. If it has shipped out I would like to know what the tracking number is. Thanks for the help

I'm in the same boat. The problem isn't waiting for it to ship from China it's waiting to even find out WHEN it is planned to ship from china.
