Order status: Hold?

Order #116335 has went from "Processing" to "Hold" on Nov 8th. It's been on "Hold" for the last 4 days.

What's up?

Edit: ~$100 order to Canada, no juice but one ego Q battery. I assumed since China Registered Airmail was an option at checkout that Canada was not on the list of "most" countries that shipment has stopped. The wait doesn't bother me but I don't know what "hold" means, what the problem is, if it's indefinite, etc.

If it's a problem with airmail, I'd appreciate if you can reinstate my cart (don't want to have to add 20+ items again D: ) and I'll ship with a different method and/or remove the battery.

go to health cabins front page,,everything is explained there
I'm pretty sure the front page doesn't have an explanation that they were out of stock of one colour of thing and asking to substitute a different colour ;)

So what did I mention, then? I'm just trying to figure out why you think my thread was unnecessary and what possibly could have been posted on the front page that would explain a four-day "Hold" on my order status. Nor how "check the front page" could possibly be considered useful or helpful advice in this situation.

Ah well, takes all kinds, I guess. Have a good one.
