Issues with orders

Any idea on how long HHV takes to ship orders out. I ordered on sept 24 and still have not received a confirmed shipping email. I was just wondering if they are really backed up or if anyone else has had the same issues. I understand that they are really busy but im really excited to try out their product.

Well, don't panic!
They can be pretty slow at times. My first order took a while too. They get backed up because many here at ECF LOVE their juice!
Me included.

Shoot them a quick email and ask for an update but you WILL get your stuff and it WILL be worth it.

They aren't backed up that much. 3-4 days is the usual right now. Have you logged in and checked your order status?

You should probably email them.

I have been in contact with Adam but it seems the order number i was given was the same as another order. Because when i gave him my order number, it came up with another email address altogether. Im just trying to make sure everything is squared away.

Edit: They just called and its all set. They are sending it out right away. They were switching servers when i placed my order. What great people! very nice and polite! I will definitely be a returning customer.

They'll get it straightened out. I knew that wasn't right. They've been a little slower than usual lately, but not THAT slow.
