Order won't go through

I have made several orders before, going for an order today the system keeps giving me an error saying"AVS mismatch, the address does not match the address of cardholder.
I havent changed any of this info and it has worked before.
Tried 6 times then gave up!
What can I do?

Did you notify the customer service department?

due to an increase in fraudulent charges we increased our security system. It just means something is not lining up correctly with what you have on file with the bank of that card....but our increase in security checks is why it has worked in the past and is not working now.

You should double check what you have on file with that card.

Turns out my bank uses my po box and not my street address! Odd.
Thanks order went through now!

I'm having the same issue, and as far as I can tell, all my info lines up... (I even added the extra 4 digits to my Zip, just like the bank has it listed.) Gonna see if I can't get it worked out through one of the CS departments or the other (Either SI's or the Bank's).

Weird it worked before, but not now though... Nothing has changed from what I can see.

I'm glad SI is actually doing this. Many of the other vendors are also. It's for our protection you know.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm totally all for increased security, I think its an awesome step to take to protect both SI's image, as well as us, the Volties.

After talking to a rep at my bank yesterday (yeah, my bank is awesome, we have live people there on a Sunday), and verifying that what I had in the SI site was correct, the rep noticed that the charges went "through" and then were instantly retracted on SI's end, so hopefully today I can get in contact with an SI rep and see if I can't get it all sorted out.

I'd hoped to have the order in on Saturday, so it'd have a good chance at being here before this upcoming weekend (The missus and I are going on vacation for a few days , and I'd just given my mini cig-alike batts to my friend to get him off the stinkies, so I all I have for the trip is my X2 (wanted a smaller spinner for portability (and awesomeness!))

ANyhoo, still, good to have better security!

Just got off the phone with Rob, still not sure what the hangup was with the AVS, but got the order in. Imagine, give that man a cookie!
