ordered a legacy mini kit.........received a standard.

i ordered a legacy mini kit a few days ago and received the package today. so excited. i ripped open(literally) the package and picked up the pv. looks alot bigger then the picture. grabbed the charger and flipped it over and saw 18650s. i ordered the mini so i should have 18350s in there. now ive realized i have a standard kit instead of the mini kit. i cant believe it. i know it was hard at first to see the difference for me but shouldnt the people who work with them all day be able to tell the difference between the mini and reg? its saturday and i cant get ahold of anyone at puresmoker so do i dare open it up all the way and use it? or should i be patient and hold off till monday when they will email me back(hopefully)? man im sad and mad at the same time. i was so excited to have a mech pv. now ive got a box of one i cant use. it felt like christmas till i saw the 18650s. now im playing the waiting game all over again. hopefully someone over there at puresmoker feels my pain and makes up for the mistake. sorry i needed to vent and just maybe someone can tell me what to do.

i e mailed them on the site. i was a little heated when i wrote this and i waited a little to cool down before i emailed. its a honest mistake and this was my first pv purchase over the mail and i just wanted everything to be perfect. ive still got a back up so im not hurting. i do want to try that ejuice they supplied and from what i read i cant ship it back anyway so i might use it. probably wait till i hear back on monday but maybe someone from puresmoker will read this. ill pm cash for a quicker response. thanks for the ideas.

Puresmoker is awesome. They emailed me back monday before i woke up and took care of me and their mistake. I couldnt have asked for a better customer service. If your on the fence with these guys i would choose them over alot of vendors just for the customer service. I will report back once i have my hands on the mini and give a full review. Basil if you ever read this i wanna thank you for the awesome review that led me to puresmoker!

Ps i already vaped the sample of firecracker you sent. I will be ordering more in the future. If you like atomic fireballs or red hots youll love firecracker from the tonic line at puresmoker.

I wish I lived close to them. It would be really cool to have a vape shop, especially my first vendor I bought from, close to home. Plus I would love to talk with them about designs and stuff, even if they can't disclose anything about upcoming products.
