It is hard to tell from that picture Stan , we tried to isolate all bad stuff but apprently some got through ! , that is anodized normally anodizing does not do that ? so you rubbed it and it changed color ?

Yeah crappy picture and yes I saw a little spot and couldn't leave it alone rubed with finger then a light scratch with my fingernail and silver spot doesn't seem to affect the performance. 
That's just a beauty mark. It's there so you can identify it in case anyone steals it like they did to Mike.
It is beautiful! It would be cool if all of it was speckled it would look like stars shimmering in the night sky
Stan you can cover it with a black Sharpie it will last for a little while ? sorry about that Stan , We are down to the blemished ones now , maybe that should have been one of them ??
It really give it "character". I put a mark on mine just because....it's mine and I wanted the mark.
Mine has a mark under the chrome. I could identify it in a stack of them. Gives it it's uniqueness.
I think I'm going to name mine Mark.

Well I'm very surprised! I didn't expect it to ship for at least a week, and it's already in the town that's always the last stop before getting here. So I should have it Monday! Fortunately, I'm setting up a new server for a client and will be busy all weekend to keep my mind off it.

Ya I have been playing for 38 yrs ! lots of styles , I just shut down a SRV / Hendrix cover band , that was fun until the drummer and singer got into it LOL ! standard huh ! , I still have a recording band called Machine that is Alt/ rock / progressive in nature and a full recording studio built into the house here .
anyhow I love playing but now I am the OLD guitar player lOL

I play all styles, but my favorite has always been blues, followed closely by jazz. I don't have near as much gear as I used to. I'm down to only a few guitars. An American made Texas-Special Strat, a K-Yari with integrated electronics (SWEET guitar!) an Alverez 12 string, and a Dean Chrome Resonator. Don't play a whole lot nowadays though, I have Ulnar nerve damage and makes it pretty painful sometimes.
On a GOOD note, USPS tracking says my Infinity is in my town and out for delivery! Damn postman doesn't come till between 3 and 4 here though, so I still have a few hours to wait.
