Alright since I have now ordered the bloog fusion I was wondering if there is a certain model its called? its similar to the kr808 if im not mistaken. I just want to know what kind of parts, batteries, and cartomizers i can get for it, as well as the a few good sites to order from.

After all your help im sure once it arrives i'm going to be pleased and be analog free!

Sorry I'm not familiar with 808 cartos maybe you can ask a mod to move this in the proper sub forum so more people will reply. I know you can get blank cartos from many places besides bloog. Clouds of vapor and nhaler come to mind off the top of my head. However a popular carto seems to be the boge cartos and I'm pretty sure there is an 808 version. Just make sure to refill them off of your battery.

The Bloog Fusion is a standard KR808D-1 - same as you get with any other 808 vendor like V2, V4L, MVS, or LiteCigUSA - the MaxX Fusion is the latest evolution of KR808D-1 compatible kits. The Bloog cartos were totally redesigned - and represent leaps and bounds better overall performance, longevity, and qualtiy over any other brand IMO- I've personally had better luck and performance using a Bloog carto on other vendors' 808s than I have the reverse.

My advice is to take the transition slowly - I did it by targeting and replacing analogs by 'session' (periods of time throughout the day I would smoke) - until finally, I found I was down to the morning and the before bed analog. AFter about a week - I clobbered the before bed cig and finally, it took about another 2 weeks to completely replace the first-thing-in-the-morning cig over a cup of hot java. Probably could've been sooner, but, at the time, I was vaping DK juice as my goto and the morning hits were pretty harsh. I've since learned that by drinking oodles of water and switching to an American ejuice supply fixed that in a heartbeat. With that said, I found that concurrent use during the transition period is much less stressful.

At about the 30 day mark, it might get a bit tough - have plenty of different flavors on hand, because, as I found, confusing the palette while my taste was returning was enough to distract me from the nasty. I also found that having one of the analog avoidance counters made up would get me excited about the day - by not only watching the $$ saved but the number of analogs you knew you would have smoked and didn't. Talk about a self-support system!

Good luck - chime in from time to time - lot's of great advice and wonderful folks in hear to help you through!

Thanks for the advice papabloog. So what is it exactly you prefer about the bloog maxx fusion over the regular fusion?
The fusion is a 'run-of-the-mill' 808 kit - not a 'knock off' per se, but - for price, there are other 'original' KR808D-1 kits available for much less. The MaxX Fusion is the completely redesigned KR808D-1 kit - just released last month. It is, by far (need I say IMO) the best 808 tech available on the market. It is higher quality, more mAh, cartos that don't burn and hold a about .5ml more juice, and much, much more consistent. Also, no primer puffs to heat the coil... this was big for me.

Yes, see this thread

http://http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/bloog-electronic-cigarette/143094-fusion-maxxfusion-compatability.html

But keep in mind that the cartos for the regular fusion are 7.49 and the maxx fusion are 11.50 so clearly they are different. I just got the maxx fusion today. And i can honestly say its the best performing analog looking pv i have every vaped. This thing is just what you need for the switch. It acts like a cigarette, in how short the drag is you need to take. NO primary puff you take a 2 second drag and poof out comes a cloud of vapor. Very impressed.

I measured several. They range from 2.1Ω to 4.2Ω. I know that Leaford is trying to fix that. Don't know what the final ohm rating is going to be.

Those are comparable to the reading I got with the Maxx Fusion cartos too.

benjayman2, are you looking for comparisons of Maxx Fusion cartos or looking for a comparison between the Fusion cartos and the Maxx Fusion cartos?

I need another PV like a hole in the head, but I might have to get one of these for the fiance soon. Couldnt sell her on vaping first time around

LOL! I wouldn't have even made the attempt to offer my wife a muffler or wood box as a replacement for smoking - she really took the the Maxx though -

Hah, maybe i should try the maxx fusion batteries. Anyone knows what is the difference between the mini and standard? Size wise and other specs? Also i am now using v4L's kr808 with the maxx fusion cartos, will the maxx fusion battery really make that much difference?

The Maxx Fusion battery will make a pretty big difference. MF cartos on a VK battery are fine, as are VK cartos on an MF battery, but an MF carto on an MF battery is a thing of beauty. (IMO, of course.)
