ordered the wrong thing. what are these?

I'm still quite the noob, and i was in a hurry, and these were cheap. Those are my excuses

I'm using a 510 box mod kit from madvapes.

I ordered these:
510 Tank Atomizer Cartridges, 10 Pack
They are listed as "tank atomizer cartridges" so i thought, hell yeah 3-in-1, now i know Atomizer Cartridge is not longhand for Cartomizer.
What are these things? how do i use them?
The non-mouth end is shaped like a circle with one flat side, like the just snap in. no threads or anything. Don't know what they snap into though.

Also, if i just want to drip, what do i use? i have a drip tip that came with a tank, i suppose i need some kind of plain ol' atty.
I'm trying not to ask too much, so last question; Somebody suggest some good cheap cartos to use bedsides my tank. I like madvapes, but i'm open to new places.

Those are for a 510-T atomizer, like this one: Super 510-T Replacement Tank Atomizer, Black

They're basically a smaller version of the eGo-T. The atomizer has a spike inside that punctures the cap on those tanks. There is a wick inside the spike, which transfers the juice down to the coil


If you want to drip, yes you need an atty. Just a normal one, not the T version ;-)
As for cartos, why not give one of these a try:

I'm sorry, i don't want to profess my ignorance, but what is a "normal" atty? It's hard to tell with all the different things out there. And they all have the same outward appearance. A "dripping" atty wouldn't have any poly-fill in it i guess? hope not. That would seem to defeat the purpose.

Nope, no polyfill in an atty ;-) Well, what I mean by "normal" atomizer is this. I'll use a pic from Madvapes since it shows it well enough

An atomizer has a ceramic cup that houses the wick and coil (see the white part in the picture looking down into the atty). There is a mesh bridge that extends over this cup. This is what I mean by a "normal" atomizer ;-) Most atomizers you can buy from any vendor are some variation of this type. For dripping, this is what you want
