anyone know how to order from Sailebao? They've sent me a pricelist but I do not know where to begin. I believe they accept T/T or Western Union Money transfer. I don't even know if those payment methods are safe. Language barrier also doesn't help.

There should have been a contact email address in there price quote. You can email them your order and they will email you a PI back with the amount you need to send them and information on where to wire the money, or if you ask for it the western union information.
For orders under 3K I would recommend western union as its a little bit less of a hassle and a lot harder to screw up.

My sources tells me that Sailebao is having some internal power struggle and has broken into several factions. The different shareholders has ventured out on their own, creating several different DSE clones. This may or may not have an effect on their quality.
I'm about to order 50 sets and 100x20ml bottles for sale in Uruguay. I first thought of buying BestEcig, but then found EastMall, better cigs, similar or maybe a little better price, and much cheaper liquid.
I'm about to order from Eastmall but now I found Sailebao!! They have even better (a lot better) prices for both product and shipping. The thing is I have no idea about them. Supposedly there are the original manufacturers of the DSE series... but still it's weird buying a product no one has reviewed because they don't sell individually, only wholesale and I don't know which end-brand are actual Sailebao products, so to see reviews...

I thought David Yang was an actual manufacturer, he said so in a post somewhere. After seeing this I doubt it...
Don't get me wrong, I think he has the best 801s and the best prices for liquids, he's the best option for retail. But if he's not the actual manufacturer, then he's not the best choice for wholesale.
I already have a 801 from BestEcig, I have a 801 from Eastmall on the way, and I'm now going to ask for a sample from Sailebao. BestEcig's 801 is confirmed to be a little different then David's (different battery length, different amount of holes in the atomizer), now I'm going to see if Sailebao's is exactly the same as Davids or if it varies in some way.

I used to buy from David, and the funny thing is when I dropped him because of customer service and pricing issues, he quickly demanded I take the pics of "HIS" products off my website! That's just too funny! I think you are best off to go with your first idea, as a few dollars more to use Paypal is certainly worth it!
What problems did you have with David? I'm interested in hearing because all I've heard is good things (from his retail customers). Is it OK if I ask who your supplier is now?

Please tell me how your order goes! I have been sent price lists on a pdf & excel files but because of communication boundaries, I've been a bit discouraged to order from them. I wouldn't know exactly how to order from them especially if I wanted a detailed order of different color mouth pieces, nic strength, this not that etc.
Threads like this should be posted in the private forum, by suppliers. If you are interested in ordering product and starting a business, then I would suggest talking to one of the already established suppliers in private.

Surely anyone who wishes to voluntarily help someone figure out how to do business is allowed to discuss this? Perhaps there is something political in the thread that I'm just not understanding.
simple answer is the suppliers thread of the forums require member ship to see. the same can also be said about the swap section but any bulk ordering should really go in the suppliers section. also asking supplier questions like whos is your supplier? kind of tells you where it should be

100ml for 50 bucks at eastmall = $0.50 a ml
35ml for 15 bucks at bestecig = $0.42 per ml
30ml for 9.50 at ruyandirect = $0.31 per ml
So bestecig is cheaper then eastmall and ruyan beats all of em.

Hello, could you confirm this please? I e-mailed bestecig last night and he said their 801 atomizers are 4 hole.
As far as the battery length, its just the length thats different not the threads for connecting them right?

The atomizer on my USB kit I received last week from Bestecig is the two hole version. I also have the David Yang 4 hole version and they are very different in terms of draw. Ultimately the same result...but definitely different.
Thank you very much for confirming this, I could have gotten my responses mixed up between ruyandirect and bestecig, thats why I wanted someone to confirm.

In my case Ruyan does't ship to Uruguay, BestEcig charges $52 for the first 0.5KG and EastMall charges just $15.
Plus we're talking about WHOLESALE prices here, Eastmall is cheaper than BestEcig.
Ahhh, so if you asked for their wholesale list and did that math (instead of their website listed price), westmall is cheaper?
