So I live in Washington and am getting ready to start my e-cig business. It occurred to me randomly that being a vendor at random events could be useful but there are very few bazaars and such on this side of the bridge. The majority of them are in Portland, OR....which as it's only 15 minutes away would be fine. But I remember something about the sales of e-cigs being banned in OR? is that the case?

Thanks very much, however there was another big shindig august 2010 (this post is from 2009 and I have read it)...It's so hard to find information though!
