Received a fasttech order today which included an Origin mod clone.
As it came out of the box, I could not get it to fire. If I adjusted the switch throw/contact to the point it would actually make contact with the battery, it was so wonky there's no way I'd be happy with it. To me, it seemed it was missing a contact. So I checked the photos on FT's website and what is pictured is exactly what I received. No extra contact pictured.

The adjustable center pin of the switch has a threaded section inside that looks like a contact could be threaded into it....like a Chi You contact. So I took a Chi You contact out of one of my AIOS clones and it threaded and fit perfectly.
I tightened everything back down and now it fires perfectly.
I'm fairly adept at figuring out these things and adjusting them, but I find it slightly odd that none of the reviews on FT mention a similar issue.
So was I shorted a contact? Or am I missing something in the adjustment procedure? At this point, I'm going to open a ticket with FT to see if they'll ship a contact for it.
