I worked as a bagger at Safeway for two months one summer. Would have stayed a little longer until school started, but then I would have had to join the union--and the dues were nearly as much as I was making.

My 1st job was as a babysitter. I was just a kid.

Right after high school, I worked at the Horn of Plenty gift shop at Old Sturbridge Village. It is no longer there, but it was a wonderful place to work, and we got a 25% discount!
