I take tornadoes seriously when the sirens go off and take cover. One time I did stand and watch until it got too close for comfort. It derailed a train and I went inside.

You waited for it to derail the train BEFORE u went inside ? Ok..
I was in NC for hurricanesFran,Floyd. Fran had more than a few Twisters in the eye.had one off to the west while I was driving.had to push myou old truck to get past it as it cut across road behind me.
It was miles away and I didn't know it derailed a train till the next day. LOL If I was that close I would have been doing a number 3.

Likes/Hates about spring:
I like that the neighborhood kids are in still school.
I hate when they're off for summer and playing basketball all day in the street (not the park where they're supposed to be due to paranoid,inconsiderate parents buying portable hoops)
while I'm trying to sleep..and every other person that has night work or rotating duty

Where/What I'd like to go & do this Spring :
I was instructed & flew the P51c in NJ some years back.
I would like to go to Fla.and dogfight in a P51d with the Stallion 51 team.
By the way,if anyone flys.this is an amazing experience.

Not a # post...Hates about Spring:
When it gets hot, some people start drinking beer/alcohol etc. in excess. .no problem,as long as you don't get behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Plz be mindful of others.
