I have a v1 but its modded with clockwork terminals and pailpoe electric switch so its basically a v2 other than the extension for bigger battery I believe.

I love mine, the only thing I want to do now is machine off the tip so I can use my own drip tips on it

Awesome, Looks like this truly could be a lifetime PV here. Somebody please hold my hand as I'm still having trouble researching these.

Do you get everything in the picture? I.e. the atty/tank?
Do you get Mesh/Wire to get started? Or will that need to be ordered elsewhere?
Is there a "waiting list" for these or are they avail to ship at the moment?

Hi Bmays, it truly is awsome, despite some people on UKvapers.com not being happy with it.
It is an all in one mod, battery container, atty tank and drip tip.
It comes with wire and wick. (You would need to purchase SS mesh if you would like to go the Genesis wick way. Which is the best for performance and flavour, though has a fairly steep learning curve, regards to getting it up and running. i.e. Oxidising the wick.)
The first half of the sale is over. There are one hundred units left, which Nosmoker/Les, is awaiting the switches on from the ace modder Pailpoe. Then they will go up for sale here. (Be aware it is a fairly large thread, which started with the V1 Orion, has held that mods sales, the V1.1 sales and the first half of the V2 sales.)

Best of luck aquiring one, the first half of the sale of V2's was pretty hectic.

It is not otherwise known as The Best Mod for nothing.

Hot Dog!!! My orion v2 shipped yesterday. Hoping for a minimal wait time??? Hoping anyway Ordered me up some batteries, Wire mesh, and some Kanthal wire so I can bypass the supplied wick from the start.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement tank in case something happens to the original?

Smart choice on wick. I don't care for what Les sends but it will get one up and running.

Where you in the first sale last month? Wondering if Les is moving the second group out quietly after the broo-ha-ha. I know several who are anxiously waiting.

Tanks are metric and tough to source here. You just missed out on a group buy for Pyrex on UKV. Maybe if there is enough interest, Terry will do another buy.

My orion made the trip to me this afternoon and I could hardly wait to get her going. My mesh also arrived today from the mesh company so I cut me a piece 20x30, oxidized the snot out of it. Made my coil all perfect like....and I've been breaking it in slowly ever since. Been switching between this and my carto tank durring the break in.

I have to say. This (In my opinion) is German engineering at its finest. I ordered my wire just a tad too big, ( I got 30g and needed 32g but it is vaping just fine.

The hardest part for me was getting the tiny little piece of "plumbers tape" around the ss wick to prevent any chance of a short.

This thing is absolutely awesome. I would recommend this mod to anyone who is willing/knowledgeable to build the wick/atty's.

I am looking forward to owning the Zen version atty/tank as soon as my funds will allow.
