The Skagit River near my house is extremely Rain Swollen:

the break between the little trees (up towards the middle of the photo) is where I launch my boat to go fishing. That distance is about 150 feet from where I stood to take the photo. I am standing on the water side of the Dike to get the photo. I have seen times when the river was so high that it was within inches of going over the top of the Dike. (During those times I would have been standing in about 16 feet of water.

What else do you have growing out there?

In my yard we have Bing Cherry trees, Pear trees, 3 different Apple trees, and Italian Prunes. :) Around our valley we grow Lots of different crops. Cucumbers, Potatoes, Corn, Wheat, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Apples, Grapes and thousands of acres of Tulips, Daffodils, Irises, and other flowers. The Skagit Valley is an Extremely Fertile Valley. :)
