ECF is a fantastic forum. I have learned a wealth of information since becoming a member and continue to do so everyday. The vaping industry is rapidly evolving and its been my mission to become a member in not just one vaping forum, but others too.
I am sure that I am not the only member that has done this. There so much to learn and unfortunately information and resources are scattered everywhere along the internet. I know information can't be consolidated to one location so this is why I strive to become part of other forums, to learn and to teach.
I'm ranting now, but my question is why are other forums so exclusive?
Vapepit.net, Highendmods.net, etc. are a few forums that I have incountered that are exclusive or require an invite. Why?
I feel like I'm back in grade school when I find such forums, special clubs, exclusive groups, etc. Is this really necessary?
ECF does a fantastic job of verifying members and distributing a wealth of information for everyone, regardless if there active members or not. Not everyone can contribute 24/7. Its a hobby for some, a job for others, but in the end we all have a our own separate lives. The point is, when you need information, you can trust ECF to be there. Exclusive forums for special members... now thats just backwards.
I'm hoping others can chime in on this subject, because information, good information shouldn't be withheld from anyone. Unfortunately, its the world we live in.
