It has been 4 days and my order has not even shipped yet, it was only 3 small bottles. That $5 I paid to ship a 10 oz package should have had enough left over to cover the handling, do you need more to get it out the door? "We have an approximately 3 - 4 day turnaround time on orders." Is the shipping policy. This is my first order from this website and to me its like any other site and I expect the service as stated especially if I pay for shipping. I am not trying to step on anyones toes here but if it does take longer then your policy then a update on the site is needed.

Hi, you should have received a status change email early today that says your order is "baking". This means that it has entered the creation process. You might have misinterpreted the policy you quoted. The three to four days turnaround time is from the date the order is received to the time it is shipped, so it isn't actually the shipping policy. Typically that is true, but with the huge sale Ms T recently had, she has been quite busy. Orders placed on the 14th are currently under production. Your order is on track to ship Monday. USPS usually takes about three days to deliver it to your door. Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully it will be worth the wait!

MsT actually mixes on demand. The e-liquid you get has not sat on a shelf waiting for someone to place an order. She did have a nice little holiday sale and was a bit overloaded as are many suppliers when they have a good coupon or sale. Sorry for your wait and I do hope you like your flavor picks.

I think you will be VERY happy once you get your order!!! Like what was said above she hand mixes and addicts like me ordered a ton on her sale day. found that normally once it's shipped it only takes about 2 days to get up here (Helena) so if it goes out Monday you should have it by Wed., of course with Christmas and snow etc. it could take that extra day. Is this your first order? What did you get? I can't wait to hear how you liked them!

no snow yet, I ordered Blueberry Smoothie E-Juice,
Cheesecake Brownies and Caramel Cake, I figured if they can mix stuff up like that and its good then I have a winner.

Thought for sure my order would have been here today, it has been 7 buisness days....I have ordered from 3 different places with high quility juices after this order and have gotten them already, to be in the top list of good vendores the shipping time is horrible.

I placed an order on Dec 20th, and it came in today!!! I will let ya know how the flavors work. I picked up 4 diffrent ones and look forward to trying them. This is my first from Ms T's. 7 days with Christmas in the middle is not to bad. Glad you recvd yours also.
