I got an automatic mini pipe from East Mall, but it malfunctioned. I emailed David, and since I had technical problems with my emails, he called. I was very impressed with this excellent customer service. Not only are they going to replace my mini pipe, but they are going to send me the manual version. It came out after I placed my initial order and I really want it. Lucky me!!!!!!
