i would like to start out saying that i am a newbie to vaping (2weeks) , i ordered my first kit and accessories from EAST MALL becuase of all the great reviews on this forum, ive been smoke free since my DSE801 kit arrived,. i had a little issue with some products that i order from EAST MALL so i decided to contact a representative by the name of Di. i explained the problem and with a fast reply she assured me that my issue would be fix and not to worrie. THANK YOU SO MUCH Di!!! I WAS GIVEN CREDIT AND ABLE TO ORDER MY ITEMS PLUS ALL ON THE SAME DAY I EMAIL MY ISSUE!!! THEY TRULY STAND BY THERE "NO HASSLE-WARRANY". ITS GREAT SERVICE LIKE THIS THAT WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK TO EAST MALL FOR MY vaping NEEDS......THANK YOU EAST MALL

Yeah....Eastmall is top notch....I have had good dealings with SIN and Di both. They are helpful, and VERY customer friendly.

Mine took 5 days by air. Check tracking and that will tell you when its received and released by customs to USPS.
