Overfilling Atomizer - Any Problem ?

Hi,

I did read alot to not "Overfill" the Atomizer.
However since 1 week, I tend to Overfill it to have more liquid.

I have no leaking or bubble problems, everything fine about the airflow.
However, since some days it taste "Burnt".

My question: Is it possible that the Burnt taste come from Overfilling it?
Else it, I guess I did vap too much/fast yesterday.

Welcome to ECF.

I doubt overfilling would create a burnt taste, just leaking. What type of battery, atomizer and liquid are you using?

Do you chain-vape or vape casually?

I don't see any way possible for an over-filled atomizer of any type to cause a burnt taste. Flooding, nasty tasting juice in your mouth, gurgling, leaking - all possible from over filling a top coil tank and a few from a bottom coil tank but definitely not burned taste.

What type of atomizer are you using, how often are you vaping, how hard are you pulling on it, what kind of juice?? There's a good chance of the members on here figuring out what's going on but more information will help in finding the problem.

Thin your juice out a little, because the only reason i can see for a burnt taste is not enough liquid making it to the coil i.e. bad wicking and juices high in vg are notorious for it because they tend to be thicker.

Honnestly, I simply think I did too much Chain-Vaping the last days.
Last week, I did went from 25cigs/day to 0cigs in one day.
So I began to Chain-Vaping to be sure I did not smoke an other cigarette.
I guess I burnt my ato because of it..

I'll overfill an other Ato and try to not Chain-Vaping.
