I have seen videos on refilling soft top cartomizers on `utube` where the white cap is left on while filling. When a small drop of juice is seen at the cap opening, they say it is full and you can vape immediately. My question is, isn't this overfilling and won't it flood the carto and make a mess? Or am I suppose to blow it out after filling. Seems they don't ever show any flooding problems. Have not tried it to find out. Maybe I am not getting it right.

If press the carto down slowly into the juice it doesn't flood. I keep an eye on the tiny hole on the mouth end. When i see a lil drop, take a few seconds break and let the filler soak the juice. After that continue to press slowly some more. I usually fill a 3/4 of the plastic with juice for an empty carto. For refills of a dry carto I use 1/4 cap. I actually take that plastic tip off too so I can see while I press down. You shouldn't have alot of mess if do it slowly. If for any reason you really flood it, use a Qtip to absorb the extras or for touch up.
