After having an eGo-C atty shut down 2 batteries because of a short there's no such thing as overprepared. Luckily that day I was in the mood for flavors so I was "overprepared" with 4 batteries. Otherwise I would've been without and either vaping some crappy disposable or smoking.

Now that I've ventured into 18650 mods and 2-3ml tanks I'm getting somewhat better but still "overprepared" in case of malfunction considering that one mod and tank can last a full day. I managed to go to the doctor's the other day with just an eVic figuring I could handle the ride home without and if needed I could bum a cigarette from my driver rather than have to buy a pack.

Christmas dinner I'd have a pocket full of eGo batteries and a charger to reboot them with. Now with mods I'll probably have a cord to reboot my eVic and an eGo battery just in case.

Jfountain, what is that case called, and where did you get it? I want one.

Nermal, that's your standard ego case. They come with most starter sets. Look up 'ego case' on any vendor site/ebay. The cheapest place is probably fasttech but you'll have to wait for delivery. Last time I ordered from them, I order three extra in different colors ($3.95 each).

(Of course, two of them have already been given away to new vapers.)

At first, I used to carry whatever fit in my case/pocket. Now im down to my VMOD XL, with a fully charged battery and a full 9ml bottle of juice in it, and an eGo Spinner 1100 mah, eGo charger, and two 3.5ml Carto tanks filled and ready to vape.

That pretty much gets me through the day with no issues.

Today however, its just the VMOD and a 900mah eGo with a dripping atty, and a 10ml bottle of juice. :vapor: dripping away at my desk.

I'm loving hearing that I am not alone on the over preparation. Pretty soon some of us will be bringing a PV and a back up PV with us when we walk to the mailbox to get our back-up to our back-up that was just delivered.

Pfft. I solved that problem by hardwiring a pass-through on the mailbox flag...
:D

I carry two loaded ego batteries, 2-3 extra clearos with different flavors, and a spare ego battery.
If I'm spending the night out somewhere, I add a couple of RBAs and several 3ml bottles of juice.

If I were traveling, I'd definitely overpack, but for out and about things, just an ego or two, a couple of filled Evods and a charger in my car. If I travel, I'm taking all of my batts and tanks and a few bottles of juice. This is my whole collection, though!

I used to over-prepare when I was a new vaper. It's less of a big deal now that I'm confident I'm completely over cigarettes. The impulse to vape isn't as urgent as the compulsion to smoke was.

1300mah spinner to school with vivi nova on a lanyard. Backup 650mah ego, 10ml bottle of juice (usually something neutral that won't hurt to top off what i'm vaping, plain vanilla is good with most things) and atomizer head in the purse. Once I'm home it's mechs and RBAs, and I'll take my cheapie telescope with a vivi nova out to places-not-school.

I am afraid to take my vivi nova out and about as badly as that thing likes to leak on me. Protank I would though.

when i was working sleep shifts regularly i was definitely an over-preparer. my daily carry included:
p+ 18500 + 3 1600 mah batteries
p+ 18650 + 2 2600 mah batteries
evic w standard battery
11 3.5 ml vivi novas
add to that up to 6 bottles of juice.

since my partner has started vaping i have had no choice but to chill out a bit. my daily carry now looks a little more like:
p+ 18650 + 2 2600 mah batteries
evic + 2 panasonic 3400 mah batteries
up to 6 3.5 ml vivi novas
up to 3 bottles of juice

do i need all this most days? no. but i don't have to be hyper vigilant about clearo/battery maintenance, and i can deal with minor vaping setbacks quite easily. thinking about adding an eroll to the mix. better to be over-prepared than under-prepared.

the outdated carry looked a little something like this:

For work, when I might have to work 16 hours on top of a 35+ minute drive, I bring 2 fully charged egos, the full clearo I'm starting out with and one extra full clearo. I also have at least one of my original V2cigs in the case along with an extra carto for it and it's usb charger. Often I have an extra bottle of juice, too.

For a couple hours away from home it's just an ego (only bring a spare if the battery is lowish) and the V2cigs "just in case". I actually like to have the cig-a-likes with me in the car in case I get pulled over for something- it would be a whole lot easier to explain with the V2s as a more recognizable vaping device.
