Ive taken a great interest in the ego, everyone seems to have wonderful things to say about it,but I have a few questions.I own a 510 and I enjoy it very much.I will soon be getting a job and im thinking about getting the ego. Now,the only thing I will need to purchase is their battery, right? They can work of of 510 attys if im not mistaken, but if I am please let me know. Now is that the only thing I will need for the device to work?Their battery that I buy,and fresh 510 attys that I already own?Or do I need their mouthpieces as well?Anything else? Thanks guys

Enhances it as in functionality or as in aesthetics? Curious as I am looking into the eGo as well...

Both, functionality and aesthetics. The cone redirects and restricts the air flow. The result is a tight draw and a solid TH each and every time for, in my case, about 8 hours. (1.5 mls)

And, if you really want to dress that bad boy up and facilitate dripping, click on over to the Super T web site and purchase a T-Tip.

After months of playing around with my PVs, now I just vape -- and smile. LOL

I would get a battery, cone and the USB charger so you can charge the battery quickly. Or like me, I use one battery a day, that would be from about 6:30am to around midnight most of the time and I just use one battery, before I go to bed I put that one on the charger and use my second battery the next day and rotate them out every day like that. It's just up to you, but the eGo is so awesome!!!

Like someone said..both...
1) it helps protect the connection between atty and battery..I work a very physical job and have snapped a 510 at the connection point..the cone protects that..
2) it tightens the draw a bit..and since it draws air into the cone next to the mouthpiece to the air holes..the air moves along the warm atty so it prewarms it before it even enters the atty so it helps with TH and ups the flavor and vapor production a bit
3) it just kinda balances it out aestheticly ..size and shape wise it's kinda like a AA size battery..with about another inch and then the atty..the cone would be from the top of the battery to the top of the atty where it meets the cart..so all told it kinda feels like a stubby cigar in the hand..and only slightly longer than the standard 510 (like a quarter of an inch)
