OXVA is a relatively young company in the world of vape, but it seems to follow its own specific direction by developing its products in an original way and often trying to propose interesting innovations. The Arbiter Solo rta is the first atomizer to take advantage of an AFC that manages a fully adjustable double control system with air flow coming from the top to the bottom and sideways towards the coil. Just rotate the top dial to switch between MTL and RDL.

Packaging:
The colorful cardboard box shows on the front the photo of the product, the indications that it is a 4ml RTA atomizer with double airflow control system with "Leakproof" leak-proof characteristics.
On the back we find a brief description of the main features, they are listed; the content, company addresses and scratch and check is present.
On the side we find the signature of Tony T who participated in this project.

First impressions:
This "Universal tank" with a total height of 56.5mm, a diameter of 24mm at the bottom and 25mm at the top, is certainly not small but not huge either. So do not expect to install it on the pico75, while you can use it for example with the pico 25 or the Obs Oner and without any problem on all the mods that do not have the battery cap on top.

Arbiter Solo is also quite massive, reaching 80g in weight! These data lead to think of a qualitative construction; in fact, as soon as the pieces are removed, one realizes the good work done by Oxva. Everything flows well, fillets and couplings are of very satisfactory quality.
* The refill takes place from the top by simply unscrewing the Top-Cap, the liquid supply slots are generously sized.

Dual airflow:
Included in the box are two different 510 Drip-Tips one for MTL and the other for RDL, both use two o'ring and offer excellent grip when inserted.

On the upper part of the Top-cap we find a small ring with the inscriptions "MTL" and "RDL" with a direction of rotation from right to left and relative rotation stops.
This allows you to open / close by rotation a real additional 3D system obtained laterally on the deck! In practice, a second internal bell to the main one is connected to the ring nut and, depending on its positioning, opens / closes the additional 3D system by adjusting the air flow towards the coil.

3D system:
The bell has an internal diameter of 16mm and a depth of 12mm, the secondary bell is nothing more than a cavity connected directly to the Top-Cap, therefore
by moving the adjustment towards "RDL" in addition to the classic air passages for MTL, two additional circular holes (3D) open, thus increasing the maximum air flow towards the coil.

Central structure:
The rotating AFC ring with rotation stops adjusts the amount of air (MTL) through 5 individually selectable calibrated holes Φ0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8mm.
In addition there is an adjustment (RDL) with a 2.2x5.7mm slot plus the 5 holes seen before to be used with the RDL system open.
The large black silicone O-ring guarantees the tightness of the tank, at the top of the AFC there is the writing "OXVA" while on the bell we find the logo and the writing "Arbiter".

Postless Deck:
The Deck uses Allen screws, the two wells for the cotton whiskers are raised and sufficiently wide, the under-coil hole has a diameter of Φ1.5mm, the two teeth visible in the photo have the task of adjusting the rotation of the internal bell.

The base of the atom has a well protruding gold-plated pin and insulated with a slotted screw. The brand, the logo and the production date are present, my sample was built on April 20, 2021.

Build:
The Allen screws as well as being very comfortable hold the legs perfectly thanks to the well-designed slots, the same legs can be cut in a simple way once the positioning of the coil has been completed.

Oxva recommends these Builds depending on whether you want to configure the MTL or RDL atom.

Final Conclusions:
Arbiter Solo RTA conceptually developed to be "universal" (MTL-RDL) has a wide range of air that works well, allows through a convenient external rotation to activate the additional 3D holes placed on the side of the coil and to be able to use sub configurations -ohm for a very pleasant RDL vape but also to exclude the system for a more restricted MTL use.

The Ni80 coil supplied enhances the sweetness of liquids and is particularly suitable for use in RDL with creamy / fruity liquids.
In MTL configuration, using simple threads (as per the OXVA table) and narrowing the AFC, you certainly get a drier and more Hit-laden vapor, I would say an optimal factor also in view of lowering the nicotine concentrate in liquids.

The atom heats little and has a good liquid capacity, the processing tolerances are precise, the Puff is very fluid and silent with the right amount of cotton in the buttonholes.

Personally, I would like to congratulate this young Chinese company that always tries to propose novelties in innovation with their own ideas, Bravi!
I find Arbiter MTL-RDL suitable as the only product able to satisfy a wide audience of users, from the novice to the most experienced, both for simplicity of regeneration and for the particularly extended range of use that Arbiter Solo is able to offer.
