Ok so I have and love my 18350. On the classys I picked up a 18500 tube for a good price. I figured to use top and bottom cap from my 18350 when I felt like using an 18490 bat. I bot 2 18490 bats. Problem is they seem too small for the 18500 tube. I know, I must be an idiot because I see all the washers and o-rings that came with it, but how does one apply these. If I use a couple of o-rings it seems the fire button cant reach the bat, where do the washers go? Did I buy the wrong bat size?

Thanks all for the help.

For the 18490 start with one thick and one thin o-ring under the battery. Unscrew the button assembly, unscrew the slotted rhodium plated post screw, and put three washers (four if you're lucky) on the post screw and screw it back in tight.

Might have to tweak it a bit but that's the general setup.

1thick, 1 thin, 4 washers did it, thanks very much!
