P+ problem

I've got a P+ 18750 with the original top cap, and just today got in the kicklet top cap to allow airflow with certain Artie's and tanks, it looks great, sits flush but I've tried a few different atties on it and the contact sits too low and doesn't make a connection. I had the same issue with the flat top cap and was hoping the new one didn't have the same issue, is there anything that I can do?

Unfortunately the atty I want to use on it isn't adjustable

Without an adjustable center pin on your tank, you may not be able to bu I can press it up another .010 though and see if that does it, but its about all the farther I can go without the battery contacting the cap and shorting out. send to:
