P10 Top Switch Question

This question is for Dave. Can the top cap go bad? As in even after I wash and dry it, it seems it doesn't conduct the charge fully to the atomizer or cartomizer. I've tried different atomizers and cartomizers. Cleaned the whole unit, use nalox. Should I just order another top cap?

If it isn't working, it would be under warranty. Send it to the address below and i will repair/replace anything defective on it.

how old is the battery? i've found that the 10440s don't take nearly as many charging cycles as other batts before becoming noticeably weaker. also, because of their smaller capacity, you are going to be charging them more frequently than you would a bigger batt. luckily, 10440s are pretty cheap, so its not really an issue to keep a handful in rotation and replace them every so often.

Hi, no the batteries are bra.d new. It works, just doesn't have any oomph, like it used to. Will pm you, David. Thank you

Thank you so much. Since the P10 is the only PV I own. I will borrow one of my brothers PVs to use, while you are sprucing up mine. I'll be mailing it in, as soon as I see him. Again, Thank You for the wonderful Customer Care.
