I would ask the seller. I'm sure they know when they bought it and if it has the new upgraded switch button for IMR batts. If it has the SS button, it is the "old" style for sure. If the button is brass, it could be old or new. If it's with the old button you need to buy the protected batts from the SuperT site and if it's with the new longer button you need to get the AW IMR batts.

It still could have the IMR switch if they purchased it at a later date. Also, if it doesn't have the IMR switch for IMR 10440's or AW 10440's, i sell them on my site for 8.49. It's a direct drop in. I highly recommend not using the trustfire 10440's. They are very inconsistent in quality.
