PA (TFA) Mountain Dew unusually harsh?

I just mixed my first test batch of Mountain Dew from PA. 3 ml, 20% flavor, 80% PG, 20% VG, 21% strength Nicotine (60 mg with PG) Put in in a new CE2 ( 2.8/3.0 ohm on a 5 v passthrough) I find it very harsh. I added a few extra dropps of VG and PG but this only helped slightly.

Anyone else get this? Could it be the Ethyl Alcohol or Vitamin E that they use?

I wouldn't know, I tend to love drinking anything that's lemon-lime ish like sprite dew etc, but I found that vaping it is disgusting for me...Not me making it, I don' like the flavor itself...That's just me though, good luck with your juice

I just mixed up a batch last night, but I used 15%, and it is AWESOME! This is my first time trying this flavor, and I am quite liking it. Most flavors vary quite a lot in strength - even from the same supplier. That's just the nature of flavors though. I usually just whip up 3ml batches until I am sure I have my ratio the way I want it. For example: I also mixed a batch of their Chai Tea, and found the flavor to be much stronger than others, so I researched online. Some reviewers of the flavor suggested 15% - others said 10%. I tried 13% on a whim, and it was perfect.

I did 10% and found it quite tasty.
