Has CASAA formed and registered a Political Action Committee? If not, I suggest you do so. Not so much to collect and disperse contributions, but to provide a bit more clout when dealing with politicians. A registered PAC can get through doors that just an organization can't. Just a thought to consider....and maybe look into for feasability.
