This is the first problem I have had since I began vaping not too long ago. My twist that should have been here yesterday, said out for delivery, then updated to delivered. I never got it I checked again today and it still isn't here. I put my apartments office on alert that it said delivered but I never got it, and I called usps to see what they could do. I let the vendor know that my package didn't arrive like it was supposed to, but haven't gotten a response from them yet. So do I just wait it out now? Is there anything else I can do? I just want my twist!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if it arrived tomorrow.

Here's what I went through for the past week while waiting for a package to make it from southern NY to northern DE, which is about 160 miles, which shouldve taken a few days tops. Here's USPS's tracking info listing all the places this package has now been, and it disappeared for 4 days last week, then showed up again way out in Michigan! Now its bouncing around in MI from place to place!

Oh yeah, I just remembered that I had a package that was supposed to have been delivered on a particular day about a month ago, and on that day it never showed up(again!) but when I went to check the tracking number on the computer, it said it had been delivered! So I called my post office, and they are of no help, so the next day I get home before the mail guy got to my house, and when he came I ran out there and he had the package with him. So I asked why he wouldve scanned the package as he got to my mail box, then not delivered it the day before, but he just pulled off!

Tracking is not guaranteed on first class mail. And when they do scan them they're often scanned wrong. It almost always shows up eventually.

Check with your local PO- I had one they put in the wrong box, and I didn't get it for a year. It was back when you could order cigarettes online, and they were completely stale by the time I got them. Literally a year. Yeesh.

TRUE, and it's not FedEx... it's the post office. Realtime tracking is expensive

I kinda figured I would just have to wait it out It just irritates me that it says delivered when clearly it is not in my hands. Hopefully it will get here before the juices I ordered like 3 days after I ordered the twist lol.

I've had that happen more than once, and asking at the post office is futile. It usually shows up in a day or two.

Just yesterday I had some juice that showed "delivered," but clearly hadn't been... to my mailbox, that is. In our subdivision, there are multiple-address boxes, a couple on every block, rather than a mailbox at every house. One of my neighbors brought it by later. Made it into the wrong box. I've lived in apartments, and you have banks of mailboxes in one or more central locations, no? Bet your Twist got put in one of those, unfortunately.

ugh. i hate how you always have to wait a day to find out if someone truly effed up. i have legitimately had a nondelivered item before, and i'm sure it was still just stuck at the sorting facility. no one at canada post was willing to help me (i even received a fair amount of attitude while i was being respectful), and there is no information available as to which office is considerd the main sorting office. luckily, my vendor was awesome and after having them launch a report they just re-sent my order.

Thats 100% accurate.

The only way you will be guaranteed that they will scan your package at every stop and provide that info on their tracking computer site is if you pay for express mail, otherwise USPS will tell you that they are not obligated to scan your package and track it, and they only do so as a "courtesy", but its not mandatory that they do it.

Also, even though they may screw up and send your package all over the country, it will usually make it to you at some point, but who knows when and how long it will take.

As others have mentioned, USPS tracking is crap. I don't know how many times I have had their tracking completely off from where my package REALLY is. I would give it another day or so.

My most recent orders showed up to my house with the boxes completely open, and the juices outside of the bubble wrap that the vendors put the bottles in. I know it wasn't the vendors' fault because every other thing I have ordered from both of them has been immaculate. The USPS is getting out of hand. If it happens again I will be filing a report.

And they wonder why they're going broke, I hate the USPS in it's entirety. I truly wish more vendors would give us the option of UPS / FedEx actually, I would even pay more for it.

He verified the address that it was sent to was correct, but I somehow doubt he will help me any further if it is lost. I guess that is what I get for ordering from a smaller vendor. I am going to check back with the office again today and see if someone brought it by. It is just frustrating. BTW, I did get my juices today that I ordered well after that twist lol. And the thread cover that I ordered for the twist that I don't have

Hi Ashlee - I think you need to go to the USPS website. I've had to resort to this to report 2 missing packages within days of each other (and of course you have to have a tracking number which in your case you do). I reported them both, and a couple days later got a call from my local post office - one package had been delivered, but had got hidden way back in the cupboard the condo security uses, the second was still at the post office and arrived that afternoon after they hunted it down.
