i bought some pandan essence and the ingredients lists PG which i know is ok, ethanol, aritficial pandan flavor, fd&c yellow no. 5 and fd&c blue no. 1.

Only thing I can think of to object to is the coloring agents, and if you don't mind that, have at it.

After some searching, I found that those colors are in plenty of the diy concentrates so it should he alright. Mixed some up today, but I gotta find the sweet spot. I'm also adding it to tobacco. I'll let u know how it goes.
A couple years ago I used McCormick Pandan flavoring to make juice, 10-15% flavoring concentration.
The flavoring came from a Filipino grocery supplier in SoCal, and boy was it expensive... $16 per oz, as I recall.
