I got the rooster corn and sunflower seeds in shells. It took that corn faster than reds on twinkie juice but since then...its been sitting under my butterfly bush and not going anywhere

They also love black oil seeds. Really healthy for their feathers. My hens love to go under the bushes. Probably more bugs, weeds there for them to pick at. If he stays with you you won't have a slug problem either. . It looks like you have a new friend so I think we need to come up with a name for him.
